- Listing management

We manage the online listing of your property in its entirety - from taking pictures to  creating the listing.

- Keys

Quite possibly one of the most difficult parts of renting your property is the key swap - how many of us want our neighbours to be bothered at all hours of the day (or night!) by our guests?  We ensure your guests receive their key. We'll also provide a smart keypad for your front door, free of charge, which increases guest and property safety (please note, some older doors are not compatible).  If your door is shared or not compatible, guests can access keys via a coded lockbox.

- Guest Check-in & Check-out

We will arrange for the guests to have a smooth, check in & check out and make sure they are informed about the specific details of your property.

- Cleaning

 After every stay we promise a thorough, high quality floor-to-ceiling cleaning, and get the property ready for next guest.

- Maintenance & Repairs

No matter what goes wrong, be it an emergency or a standard repair, we'll send out handymen with the experience to handle any problem, or a trusted local contractor.  All it takes is a can-do attitude and a little elbow grease.

- Calendar Management

We'll screen potential guests based on our expertise and risk management policy.  We'll manage your calendar.  We'll respond in record time so you don't miss a booking.

- Utilities & Insurance

We optionally can help organise all of the utilities on your behalf, making sure you get a competitive deal. We also support you to get your insurance hassle free to aid you in making sure you're properly set up and ready to welcome your first guests!

- 24/7 Guest and Client communication

Our phone line is available 24/7 support for both our clients and the guests. Any emails or queries will be responded very professional & politely.
